Above and Beyond

Not only is the plugin great, but the customer service is even better. I bought the Developer version, but I needed some customizations, so I submitted a support ticket, and every time I asked a question, I always got a prompt response. The guy in support whom I’ve been dealing with (Mike D) has been incredibly helpful.

I’ve never before experienced this kind of commitment to customer service, and much of that was done before I even upgraded to from the free version to the Developer version.
