Hi, I’ve created a form on the linked webpage and I’ve noticed that I can upload any files or wrong size even if I just selected Jpg/jpeg & png files types. I guess it shouldn’t allow me to click on next button if i select a wrong filetype or a wrong size.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @fiorinos,

I hope you’re doing great today!

I guess it shouldn’t allow me to click on next button if i select a wrong filetype or a wrong size.

That’s correct. I couldn’t replicate the same issue when testing your form. Here’s the result:
    https://prnt.sc/daN3LRnNT7_e

If the issue persists, could you please tell us what file types you were testing it with, and export the form for our techs to test it on our end. Please share the export file, using any cloud service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Pastebin.com, etc.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

Hi! Thanks for your prompt answer.

I’ve tried to add an svg file and as soon as i add it doesn’t show your error, to get this error i have to click on submit, only after clicking the button, your same message will appear.

The issue is that there is a paypal option at the end (page3) and i don’t want my clients to arrive to the end and receive the error message from the page2 (upload field).

This can be annoying from them and i want to avoid that

    Hi @fiorinos,

Hope this message finds you well, and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

Currently, the link you shared is not working so we can replicate the issue.

Could you please import your form, please follow this guide https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export, and using a Drive or Cloud service like Google Drive or pastebin.com could you share it with us? If you have sensitive data please duplicate the form, remove it, and import the form.

    Best regards,
    Laura
