 * hi, I have a problem with the access date which is automatically added “one year”
for old subscribers who are re-registered and who have gone through your woocomerce
   extension.
also for a former subscriber who has re-registered and paid the membership
fee and I cannot manually change the access date for this specific subscriber.
can you direct me where the problem may be?

 * hi , ok ;for asubscriber who has expired (after 1 years), when he re-subscribes
by paying the paid level, the access date is not immediate but a year is automatically
added so consequently a year also for the date of expiration. I used to manually
correct this but this time on a specific subscriber I could not update this access
   date.

 * So you are saying that this issue is only happening to only one subscriber and
not all of them. If this is correct, what is the difference between this subscriber
   and the rest?
 * Thank you

 * no the issue is happening for all suscriber that are expired and reregistred
again in the site like the log file u can see acess date is not the same of current
   date .
and my last msg is to explain that when trying to fixe that , with just
one suscriber (i don’t khhow the reason) can’t be fixed can’t change the access
date manually it don’t update for the other i can do that but it’s not correct
because i ignore the reason why the plugin add a year for access date thanks

 * First let me explain how the plugin behaves in terms of a membership level with
a “Duration type” expiry. The plugin tries to identify the current expiry date
of the member then it sets the start date to that value so it can receive the“
additional” time that has just been paid for. So if a member currently has an
expiry of 2nd Feb 2022 it means that he is already paid upto that time. So if
makes another payment today for 1 year, he will need to be given an additional
year at the end of the current expiry. The plugin achieves that by calculating
and setting the start date accordingly in the future. Fully read the following
page which has some useful info on this:
 * Regarding the manual profile adjustment, have a look at the following documentation
to see if that is helpful:
    [https://simple-membership-plugin.com/manually-activating-expired-members-account/](https://simple-membership-plugin.com/manually-activating-expired-members-account/)
 * If it the woo addon is not behaving correctly, then please submit a paid addon
ticket from our site (since the woo addon is a paid addon).
