  • When I click that link, I get a Login box with a “Back to ChikPea” link right below it and I can view the site just fine. Maybe try contacting your host to see about an alternate login link that might look something like this:

    http://servername.hostname.com/~accountname/mydomain.com/wp-admin/

    That should either get you to your Dashboard or bring up a server-direct Login box.

    I have looked everywhere on ww.wp.xz.cn for a customer rep or live chat, and its close to impossible. I am currently responsible for updating our company website with all new branding and information and it all needs to be done last week. I can’t get passed Go. Access denied. I just called up my internet provider and they highlighted my IP address is “blacklisted” on WP and need to contact WP to un-blacklist me. Do you know how I can do this? I have no WP contact — nothing. This website is hard to navigate for help.

    I can also see the site and the login page just fine so it might just be your computer/internet connection.

    If your IP address is blocked by your WordPress site, try using a different IP address by either using an IP anonymizer (just do a search on Google) or using a different internet connection (for example, instead of your internet at work, use your internet at home, or connect to a public wifi) and/or computer.

    You need to contact your web hosting provider (the one who is hosting your website) not your internet provider (the one who provides your internet connection) and ask for access to your control panel, FTP or database. Whoever managed your site before should also have this information.
