Access Manager Cannot Load

    Hi ethene86,

    It seems to me you have either a javascript error on your page or php error. If you can please check both.

    Use your browser console to check for JavaScript errors.
    Check phperror.log file in the root of your website for any errors that may cause the problem.

    Hi I’ve checked and there are no errors. Weird thing is I can get it to load on IE but not on chrome. Any idea on this? Thanks !

    Hi ethene86,

    Sorry for the late response.
    This is odd. We test AAM on multiple browser and do not experience the same issue.
    Your browser could cache some javascript files. Maybe that is why it did not load. Try to clean-up the cache.
