# Access Manager Cannot Load

 * Hi I have this install on a few of my sites but one of the site is not working.
   The Access Manager section just cannot load. The loading logo just keeps spinning.
   Tried uninstall and do clean install but no effect. Could you help please.

 * Hi **ethene86**,
 * It seems to me you have either a javascript error on your page or php error. 
   If you can please check both.
 * Use your browser console to check for JavaScript errors.
    Check phperror.log 
   file in the root of your website for any errors that may cause the problem.

 * Hi I’ve checked and there are no errors. Weird thing is I can get it to load 
   on IE but not on chrome. Any idea on this? Thanks !

 * Sorry for the late response.
    This is odd. We test AAM on multiple browser and
   do not experience the same issue. Your browser could cache some javascript files.
   Maybe that is why it did not load. Try to clean-up the cache.
