Access to Capabilities Gone

Long story short, I had to reset all user roles back to original default permissions. However, when I tried to access Capabilities again to take a second pass at editing the permissions, I received a message saying that I was “not allowed to access this page.”
Anyone know the fix or do I just deactivate/uninstall Capabilities and find another plugin to use instead?

We have some new capabilities in PublishPress Capabilities. Could you confirm if the user has the respective capability:
@rizaardiyanto Thanks much for the quick reply. Unfortunately, Capabilities doesn’t even appear on my side panel anymore so I can’t even access that screen. I have to go into my plugins and attempt to access it from there. The only options given are to either deactivate or Edit Roles. And when I click on the latter, I get the error message saying I’m not allowed to access.
