How to prevent the WooSquare token from expiring?
Thank you!
Hi @gustavoggg,
This issue has been fixed please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin after updating please disconnect the Square app from the plugin and connect it again.

Yes – the error was in the order notes and occurred multiple times until I disconnected from Square and re-entered the username and password. I am running version 3.6.2 of your plugin, which is the latest version, but still got the error.
Hi @whitmason,
We have forwarded the details to the QA Team we will get back to you once we hear back from them.
Hi @whitmason,
Please test the attached plugin below and let us know how it is working for you.

Thanks!
This is not resolved. I just lost 7 orders because of this. All of my plugins are updated and I am using WooSquare 3.6.2. Disconnecting and reconnecting my Square account in WooSquare fixed the issue, but there is no reason I should need to do this.
I cannot download the updated plugin from the link above, and the WooSquare plugin does not have any updates over the past 3 months.
Please let me know how to acquire a new version of the plugin so this does not happen again in the future. Error message received is below:

Same issue here. We have lost 4 orders. I disconnected and reconnected. Is there any way to know if it is working correctly before we loose more sales?
Hi @tfunkebilu @theeccles,

Thanks!
I installed the new plugin. It processed a transaction with no issues but still won’t issue a refund.
An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.
Thank you for reposting the updated plugin. Unfortunately I won’t be able to know for another 30-45 days if it works, but I will be sure to post here either way. Thanks again!
@wpexpertssupportteam what version of WooCommerce are you showing here? I’m running 4.2.0 and it has the Refund Amount greyed out so I have to refund the line item above. This shouldn’t make a difference but maybe. Thoughts?
Hi @theeccles,
We have tested it with version 4.2.0 and also with the latest version of WooCommerce and everything is working perfectly fine.
