 * i get an error page 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an
   Error Document to hand the request…
 * apache/1.3.37 port 80 says i don’t have authorized access
 * i was adding a contact page and catagory and now i can view my website…just the
   back end..

 * In the title and as a tag you mentioned cgi-bin. What does that have to do with
   WP? WP must not be installed in cgi-bin…
