 * WAVE reports some issues with the form generated by the plugin:
    1. Read Alert–
   the GDPR message box has no form label. 2. Alerts – Fieldset missing legend –
   this is for all the boxes (name, email, challenge question, comment box).

 * It’s on the to do list for this week.
 * Unfortunately I was sick and was not working for about 2 weeks, so it caused 
   the schedule for all the plugins and themes to shift.

 * now there are two labels for each field displayed (label and legend). That is
   not a good solution.
 * Maybe you should remove `<fieldset>` tags? It should group fields if it is logically
