Accidentally Changed the URL

I changed the URL on my wp through the settings page, changing the two sections (both the wordpress address and the site address) and now only the front page is viewable, and only under the old url. I looked through some of the different forum posts, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to successfully use phpmyadmin or the other posts I’ve seen. I cannot get in to see which version of WordPress I am using, though I do know that I am using the .evolvelite theme. Help? I need to change the URL back, but I cannot access anything to be able to do that and I cannot log in or anything.
