 * We noticed that the expiration field on the ACDC checkout form has ‘MM/YY’ as
   the placeholder. Adding the card information in that format causes the card information
   is invalid error when you go to pay.
   When I added the full date, MM/YYYY the
   order goes through. Is there a way to update the placeholder on the field? That
   would be the easiest fix but I would like to report the issue as well.

 * Hello [@rickyangeles](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rickyangeles/)
 * The plugin does not process or have access to the card details, for security
   and PCI compliance, all card data is entered directly into PayPal’s servers.
 * In theory, both date formats should be supported and work correctly. It’s also
   possible that the initial failure and subsequent success are caused by other
   unrelated factors. Its also not something we can reproduce.
 * We suggest you contact us directly for further assistance. We may need to examine
   your system report or logs to better understand what’s happening. You can open
   a ticket with our service desk. Here’s how you can request support: [Request Support](https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/).
 * Please make sure to include the URL of this thread in your ticket for reference.
 * Kind regards,
   Krystian
