# ACF and Forms Plugins

 * Hi there
 * I need to link the “Email To:” & “Subject” fields from a form plugin to values
   assigned to the page that the form is on.
 * Using Advanced Custom Fields I have set up these fields with their values on 
   each page.
 * Unfortunately, simply putting the ACF shortcodes in these fields hasn’t worked
   with any of the plugins that I’ve tried.
 * Is there any forms plugin that would support this functionality? If not, do I
   have any other options to make this work?
 * Thank you
