 * Creating a client site I wish to use duplicates of a master form created in Visual
   Form Builder to collect data then, on clicking the submit button send the user
   to a payment page. Typically, the payment page will always be the same on this
   site (but might not be on other client sites). How do I accomplish this please?
 * I’m using the very latest versions of WP and VFB.
