# Activate email problem

 * After payment and start to register, there mention check email and get the activate
   email. But i check the email, did not receive any mail. So i resend the email
   and check again, same problem occurs. How to fix it?

 * Did you check your Spam folder to see if the email is going there?
 * You mention an activation email, but s2Member doesn’t add an account activation
   feature. Maybe you have BuddyPress installed too? I know it adds an activation
   step.
 * If you’re talking about the New User email, WP stopped sending them when the 
   user can set his own password, but if you make WP set the password for the new
   user, the email will be sent. You can change that setting from _WP Admin -> s2Member-
   > General -> Registration Options -> Custom Password_
