 * On 4/2/2019 a call for help was placed, was told GoDaddy does not support this
   plugin.
 * Cannot setup without a charge ticket.

   this issue on our end with customers not able to activate the plugin. We have
   also will be investigating this internally so that, we can try to prevent this
   from happening again. We do apologize that you were given bad information about
   the support structure of the plugin.
