# Activate Plugin

 * I update the plugin to the latest version (2.3.3) and now I can no longer activate
   the plug. When I click on Activate, it just stays in the Inactive group.
 * Any thoughts?

 * It has been one week, we are marking the ticket as resolved, because it is site
   specific and we have got no reply.

 * I uninstalled the original version, re-install it and I just can’t activate it.
   When I click on the Activate link, the page refresh, but then nothing happen.
 * This is so strange because this awesome plugin has been running for years and
   suddenly, it just won’t work after the updates.
 * EDITED. I gave it another try, deactivate, delete, install, and still not working.
