 * I am getting an error to activate core awesome support plugin when I activate
   the free status plugin when core is already activated?

 * It looks like you’ve network activated the Awesome Support plugin on a multisite
   configuration of WP. Please network deactivate it and then activate it on the
   sub-site where its needed. Do the same for the Custom Status add-on and it should
   work.
