# activate PRO with purchase code?

 * I bought this plug-in. It had me do a download of files, but basic version is
   available and has been installed on my blog from my provider’s site, GoDaddy,
   so I should just need to validate the ‘pro’ upgrade, but I can’t figure out how.
   No documentation… other than to say install the thing on server, which I really
   want to avoid because there are always permissioning issues.
    Haven’t gotten 
   conf. email yet either. Not sure what to do at this point other than cancel CC
   and try again….

 * Hi, sorry for the trouble but I’m not sure I understand your problem. To install
   the PRO version you have to remove the lite version and upload the PRO one, there
   shouldn’t be problems with that, I have some sites with GoDaddy and never had
   problems.

 * It turns out the issue is one of expectations. I am new to WordPress and am only
   now understanding it’s mechanisms, in this case the whole plugin/code upload 
   process. I’d expected to get a serial number and upgrade that way, i.e. put it
   in and unlock, the way most applications work these days. I see that WordPress
   really hasn’t outgrown it’s roots in early HTML. It is really old an clunky in
   basic organization… but perhaps some advantages to that too as you’re expected
   to get under the hood a bit more.

   source code.

 * I was trying to submit a query for support.
    The interface no longer appears 
   for changing the images in a gallery. Any ideas what could cause this? i.e. the
   rainbow-coloured interface simply dissapeared

 * In order to get your purchase code you need to log into your CodeCanyon account:
   [https://codecanyon.net/](https://codecanyon.net/) click “Download” from the 
   menu then click “Download” button beside Final Tiles Gallery and choose “License
   certificate and purchase code (txt)”.
