# Activated Pro version: Can’t access WordPress admin

 * Hello There,
 * I activated the Pro version of the plugin last night and now I am unable to access
   my WordPress admin within the cpanel. It redirects me to the temporary landing
   page I have made live. I have checked the PHP versions. I can see that the PHP
   version should be 5.2 and that the plugin is tested up to 4.9.1. I am using PHP
   5.6 and the WordPress version 4.9.1. Do you have any suggestions? The plugin 
   is live however I am now unable to access my WordPress admin at all.
 * I dont know whether this has anything to do with permissions of the plugin?
 * I would appreciate any suggestions, thank you!

   site.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
