 * When I try to activate this plugin, it causes the site (both admin and front
   end) to break. Just a white page. I can only get access to my site again by deleting
   the add-on folder from the …\wpcontent\plugins folder.
 * I do have BuddyPress and bbPress already installed. Installed BadgeOS, and the
   BadgeStack add-on.
 * Any ideas?

 * I guess this version is not compatible with the current version of BadgeOS/BuddyPress/
   bbPress?
 * I turned off all of my plugins, except for the ones related to this add-on..
   and tried installing again. Still fails, but at least now I can see some errors.

 * Hi @junglewp [@canadabri](https://wordpress.org/support/users/canadabri/)
 * Apologies for the delayed response as we have been busy updating the plugins
   and launching our new website.
 * We have double-checked the add-on with latest versions of BadgeOS (1.4.11) and
   BuddyPress (4.2.0) plugins and found the add-on working fine. Please elaborate
   the issue a bit more.
    - Version of WordPress and PHP on your server?
    - What are the steps to re-produce the issue?
    - Which WordPress theme are you using on your site?
 * Thanks
