 * Upon activating the plugin, my site no longer loads outside of the the dashboard
area. Would like to use this plugin but would also like my site to load.

 * A few points:
 * – Normally the plugin works great
    – From what you describe I would guess that
there is a conflict with another plugin – If you can get me the PHP error from
your server log, I will be able to investigate – Just saying the plugin “breaks
website” or whatever essentially is useless info – Try disabling other plugins
to see which one is at issue in this case
 * I hope this helps. If you find anything useful, please let me know as I try to
resolve issues as quickly as possible. Thanks.

 * Yep. There’s not error displayed. When I refresh my website it only loads the
favicon in the browser. The rest of the page is blank. I’m not attacking just
simply stating what happened. I’ll try fiddling with disabling some other plugins.
Figured I would reach out here first in case this had been a known issue. Thanks.

 * Yeah basically we need an error to investigate. It has to do with how PHP operates.
White screen just means an error. It could be any error from any function or
part of the script. Thus, in order to help, we need to know the specific error
so we can take a look. Otherwise there is no way of knowing. FYI, PHP errors
are logged and readily available in your server’s error log, which is located
on your server. Ask your host if you can’t find it.

 * Just wanted to let you know that I’m having this exact same problem. Using the
Max Magazine theme. I’ve pulled the Error logs twice and am not seeing anything
obvious. Most of the errors are image missing types errors from a failed migration
a while back. Page is BikeTrailers.org
 * I am running the plugin successfully on another site with a different theme

 * Yes, the plugin works fine normally, but there could be a conflict with some
other plugin or the theme itself. The best way to diagnose is to temporarily
disable other plugins and try using the default theme. Then reactivate things
   until the culprit is found.

 * Yes, that theme and this plugin do not work together. It works if I switch the
plugin off, and it works if I change the theme.

 * Alright that is a first step to resolving the issue. The next step is to determine
which error(s) are involved or triggered when both theme and plugin are active.
If you can locate in your log file(s), that would be the easiest way to go about
it; otherwise, you may need to enable WP_DEBUG, as explained here:
