    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined
   function is_plugin_active() in /wp-content/plugins/rentpress/src/rentPress/SettingsTabs/
   IntegrationsConfig.php:26
 * per a google search “is_plugin_active()” is defined after plugins are loaded
