# Activating Plugin does nothing

 * I just purchased PRO and am trying to install the plugin in a brand new site.
   Activating the plugin does nothing. Gutenverse does not show up in the menu or
   admin bar , I can’t add the license
    1. Which version of WordPress do you use?

       **6.9**
    2. Which version of Gutenverse do you use?

       **2.3.2**
    3. Which theme do you use and which version is it?

       **twenty twenty-five**
    4. Do you install/activate Gutenberg plugin? If yes, which version is it? and if
       you deactivated it, does the issue still persist?
       **nothing does anything**
    5. Is there other plugin activated alongside Gutenverse? If yes, please try deactivate
       it one by one and see if one of it caused a conflict. And please let us know
       if there is a plugin that conflicted with ours.
       **No other plugins on this site–
       it’s a brand new install**

 * Can you clarify if you have installed the gutenverse plugin alongside the gutenverse
   PRO plugin? Both plugins need to be active to be used in the site.

 * yep, I didn’t realize that it was 2 separate plugins that needed installing.
