# Activating Plugin error

 * Trying to install a plugin and I receive folowing message:
 * _Downloading install package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cbnet-ping-optimizer.2.3.zip](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cbnet-ping-optimizer.2.3.zip)._
 * Unpacking the package.
 * Installing the plugin.
 * Destination folder already exists. D:\Hosting\5451244\html\wordpress/wp-content/
   plugins/cbnet-ping-optimizer/
 * Plugin Install Failed.
 * Does that mean its there already??
 * I got this for the Contact Form Plugin, but its not in my dashboard
