# Activating plugin Problem

 * Hi support team,
 * I am running a multisite and when I activate your Plugin, then I get the message
   shown – “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” and I need
   to remove the plugin folder into a sub-folder plugin-off to be able to use the
   site again.
 * Looking forward to hear any suggestions.
