 * I am posting this on behalf of a client that wishes to start using this plugin.
Once the plugin has been installed and activated on our client’s site, all relevant
CSS as part of their custom theme is no longer served. Has anyone encountered
this issue and know how to resolve it?

 * Thanks for reporting this. In principle, activating the plugin should not have
any effect on anything. It’s only after starting an experiment that our plugin
is supposed to modify the front-end.
 * I think that we might be facing a compatibility issue between your theme/setup
and our plugin, but it’s hard to tell. If you could please get in touch with
us via email (support dot testing at nelio software dot com), we can further
   investigate this issue.
