# Activation problem

 * I have a question. I can only activate one domain in your plugin.
 * Error code: 306 — Invalid instance ID. Please try again. Contact the plugin author
   if this error keeps coming back.
 * I have entw.wib.ch (the devlopment site – not reachable from outside) and [http://www.wib.ch](http://www.wib.ch)
   my production site – public. I try to activate your plugin. As long as I activate
   only one domain, it works. After disconnect I try to activate both sites. I get
   the message above. What can I do? I have a unlimited domains license. ok?

 * The activation-settings cannot be transported from one site to another. It is
   why this error occurred after the transaction.
 * To resolve this issue, on your production site, hit the disconnect button until
   you reach the welcome screen. You can find this button under “Accounts & Actions”(
   scroll down a bit). Then, you can reconnect with a new, uniquely generated instance
   ID. Your extension settings will remain intact.
 * In the future, and also if you wish to follow up on this issue, please reach 
   out to the support channels listed in the plugin dashboard. We’re not allowed
   to support and discuss commercial products here. Thank you!
