Active Campaign integration failure

I am receiving the following error and subsequent sync failure with active campaign:

Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Ecom_Order: A required field in the ecom model is not valid.

Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Order_Finished_Event: Failed to validate a required field in the model. This order will not sync to ActiveCampaign correctly so this order will not be synced.

Accepts Marketing: Invalid checkout nonce

On a new account, the user is created in active campaign and a woo commerce tag is created, but the order data is not syncing as shown above.
