# Active PHP session problem

 * Hi!
 * I have the following problem in the health section of my website:
 * “An active PHP session was detected.
   A PHP session was created by a session_start()
   function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session
   should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.”
 * I found that the problem comes from setting PHP session in the plugin options.
   Unfortunately, I tried all other options but they didn’t work and conflict with
   cache settings.
 * Would give me a solution for this.
