   here! Could you let us know exactly where you’re seeing the errors? And when?
 * Is it after activating the plugin?
 * Also, could you let us know what version of WordPress you’re using?

    no, the error was showed **during** the Network Activation.
 * **Then, the site was not more available. **
 * The version of WordPress is 4.1.
    I’ve used the _Add New Plugin_ feature in the
   _WordPress Network_ to install the plugin _Membership_ (and it did it).

 * Thank you for your reply.
 * I have tested it on my test site by network activating it and it worked fine 
   without any issue.
 * May be it’s happening on your site due to plugin/theme conflict.
 * Are you using any other plugin that provides Membership functionality or just
   tell us which plugin/theme you are using on your site?
 * To recover from this issue you can deactivate the Membership plugin by renaming
   the following Membership plugin directory using FTP or any other file manager.

 * Hi Vinod,
    I’ve retried to install the plugin and all worked fine. This time 
   both the Network activation and the Upgrade Network ended without errors. I dont
   know why. I don’t have removed any plugins and I have not istalled others. So,
   that’s okay!
 * At this point, I suppose there was some problems in the http server or also in
   the mysql server.
