 * I have autoptimize installed, I do not know if I have to activate the option 
   of the image?

 * autoptimize does not write an advanced-cache.php file, as it is not a page caching
   plugin richireo2106, so that’s probably not needed 🙂

 * That option is more targeting users that wish to use the minify options of W3
   Total Cache, as that uses the advanced-cache.php file as well.
 * As Frank mentioned, autoptimize does not use that file, so you should not need
   to worry about that option.

 * The settings depend completely on what you are looking for. I suggest leaving
   it as is and if you feel like it needs to be updated more/less often for any 
   reason, you can adjust the TTLs accordingly.
