# ActiveCampaign shortcode not working

 * Like requested, I’m creating a new ticket.
 * Issue is:
    ActiveCampaign shortcode is not displayed in the scrollbox. I have
   verified the shortcode, it works on a normal page.

 * Hi, can you please check if the active campaign shortcode does work on other 
   parts of your website (outside of a boxzilla box).
 * Can you create a page where we can test/see the issue and post the URL here for
   us to take a look at the problem?

 * Thanks for the fast reply.
 * Like I already mentioned in the last post, the AC shortcode is working on a WP
   page or blog post.
 * I’m sending you the URL to the email address on the contact page of the plugin
   website.
