# Activity types missing

 * I created a new activity type called “web form” for contacts AND cases and a 
   Caldera form to send data to CiviCRM.
    But when I try to set up the processor
   for this form this new option doesn’t show up in the activity type dropdown list.
 * Another new activity type called “Videochat” does appear in the dropdown list
   as expected though.
 * What could be wrong? Thanks for any suggestions.
