    Hi @perrinolivier,

    Thank you for contacting us for help with your Reviews Feed not updating. The instance of the Reviews Feed plugin on your website may not have verified correctly which has prevented it from updating consistently. Please follow the steps below to reset the feed:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard > Reviews Feed > Settings > General Tab
    2. On the Manage Sources section click the trash icon to remove the Google place ID, then add it back (Add New button), this will reset the reviews for that location.
    3. Switch to the Feeds tab and click Clear All Caches
    4. Go to WordPress dashboard > Reviews Feed > All Feeds > click the pencil icon to edit the feed
    5. Click on the Settings Tab > Sources > click the trashcan icon to remove the reviews source, then add it back by clicking Add another source. This will reset the source within that particular feed.
    6. Click Save
