# Ad code not functioning properly

 * Hello 10X booster, i observe that after installing your plugin, my ad codes doesn’t
   show to my users sometimes, therefore reducing my earnings.
 * Can you help me look into it because it shows and sometimes it doesn’t. It has
   affected my earnings badly. I have attached a screenshot of the error on this
   mail. I’ll be waiting for your prompt response.

 * Like i said, the ad code functions Properly and most times it doesn’t. You might
   check my site and see it working fine but later it doesn’t show to some visitors.
   Please work on it. Thank you.

   issue and would be very glad to assist you.
 * Will you please enable 10Web Booster back and connect the website back to 10Web
   Dashboard? After it is successfully connected, please, enable [Test Mode](https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/7204540443154-10Web-Booster-test-mode).
   When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original 
   state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues
   caused by the 10Web Booster.
 * To enable the test mode:
    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under **Website Booster** click on **Frontend >
       Settings tab**
    4. In the **Test Mode** section, click the toggle
    5. Click on **Enable** to activate
