Hi,

Installed the plugin about an hour ago but the dashboard widget is showing ‘no data’. We are running on WPengine & are using HTTPS. ‘Use random selectors and files’ is on.

Is there a delay in receiving the data? What troubleshooting steps should I go through to see what’s wrong?

After 4 hours I have 1 view showing. I can see a pie chart etc but obviously missing some data 🙂

I gave up in the end and am trying to go it via google analytics

@shipperson, the widget is not counting if you are logged in as admin. Make sure you check this before checking.

@themeisle – you mean if someone is logged in as admin the widget doesn’t count or only people not logged in as admin can see the report?

yes, the visits logged in as admin does not count in the statistics.
