Add a button

    Hi there.
    We’re using Helpscout’s Beacon to provide an online chat service for customers. The Beacon floats ina chosen corner and works fine. Users click the floating button and the chat appear.
    What I need help with is to add another button into the body of our support page. Users click the button and the aforementioned floating button pops up as normal.
    Please can you help?

    we can help you with issues related to the Simple Custom CSS & JS plugin. But we cannot write or debug CSS/JS/HTML code for you. That is outside the scope of support for the plugin.

    Maybe you could contact the Helpscout’s Beacon support team for detailed instructions on how to implement the button on your support page.
