    Hi,
    the registration URL you can change using the register_url filter, but in this case it will not help as the error seems to be in the polish translation i will fix it in the next release (which should be available today).

    In the meantime if you have Loco Translate plugin installed (or some other translation plugin), you can edit the Polish translation, find the phrase “Create an account for me so I can manage …” and in the translated phrase change <a href=\"%s\">Zaloguj się</a> to <a href="%s">Zaloguj się</a>.
