Hi guys

I have connected the plugin to my Sendgrid account and mail is sending successfully.

Is there a way I can add a category to the mails being sent from my website? I use Sendgrid for multiple projects and need to keep stats for the mails sent for each of them. For more info, see https://sendgrid.com/docs/glossary/categories/

The emails are sent from a specific source, post smtp has no way to control or categorize emails.

To clarify, I just want to measure transactional emails from WP against all other form submission emails.

Apparently, this could be done with the Sendgrid WP plugin, but it is very out-of-date, and has too many poor reviews for me to trust it in production.

I used Sendgrid’s plugin previously, but if I remember correctly the version of the Sendgrid API it uses became deprecated.

I tried injecting header data in the Custom header field in the plugin, but that apparently gets stripped out somewhere along the way.
