 * Hello,
 * I base my Google Tag Manager courses on the Store Front theme on the following
   URL: [https://gtm-analyticsacademy.com/](https://gtm-analyticsacademy.com/) (
   credentials: analyticsacademy / gtmacdm)
 * When I click on a menu item :
 * [https://ibb.co/vBGGQpK](https://ibb.co/vBGGQpK)
 * a value is supposed to appear at the Click Classes variable, but this is empty:
 * [https://ibb.co/mGKjgHh](https://ibb.co/mGKjgHh)
 * Here is the definition of the Click Classes variable: **upload of the associated“
   Class” in the DOM.**
 * Do you know how I can update this value? so that I can have for example the value“
   main-navigation” when I click on a link in the navigation menu, any link.
 * That way I can trigger my tags on this variable.
 * Thank you for your help

 * Hi there!
 * Thanks for contacting us. 🙂
 * From your screenshot, it looks like the menu item: `Mon compte` was clicked but
   it did not save any Click Classes value on Google Tag Manager, that may be because
   the link is missing the class name.
 * Unfortunately, there is no direct way to add the class attribute to the menu
   links in WordPress or Storefront.
 * You could try a code solution such as the one described here: [https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20752318/wordpress-add-a-class-to-menu-link](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20752318/wordpress-add-a-class-to-menu-link)
 * Alternatively, you can consider hiring one of our WooExperts from our customizations
   page: [https://woocommerce.com/customizations/](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)
 * I hope this helps!

 * Hello [@kaushiksomaiya](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kaushiksomaiya/)
 * Would you have time to give me help on this (by doing a Google Meet for example)?
 * That’s exactly what I tried to do but it didn’t work.
 * Thank you

 * Hey [@analyticsacdm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/analyticsacdm/)
 * I’m afraid our theme support teams don’t offer any Google Meets or similar.
 * you could try posting on the custom code solution thread for some input.

 * Or alternatively consider hiring a developer to iml=plement Google Tag manager
   into your website.
