# Add compatibility on block-based checkout

 * Using the block based checkout (default from Woocommerce 8.3), the opt-in checkbox
   it is not displayed at all.
   Other plugins like Mailchimp for Woocommerce are 
   already compatible with block-based checkout, when will Brevo for Woocommerce
   be updated too?

 * No, there isn’t. Brevo just does not support the block based checkout. Even if
   I think the block based checkout has become “the new standard”, some of the hooks
   and actions many plugins use are still not fully working as the checkout uses
   much more frontend JS logic as pure PHP.
 * The support also told me they don’t have a solution yet, but I could use the 
   legacy checkout which I don’t want to 🙂
 * I hope it will not last forever until they support it, because others like Klaviyo,
   Cleverrech support it already…

   We have released the 
   Brevo for WooCommerce plugin v4.0.36 which is compatible with both WooCoommerce
   Block based checkout and classic checkout. It also fixes the issue for displaying
   the opt in box on the checkout page.Please update the plugin and do share your
