# Add Currency code

 * I recently started using your plugin, its been good so far… but my problem is
   thus;
 * My website [http://nikenga.com](http://nikenga.com) is generally made for Nigeria
   market thus the naira currency code i managed to add by tweaking one the added
   currency in your filess. problem is, ever since i did that am afraid of updating
   the plugin cos i know what i did will be removed… hence my question-
 * Please how do i correctly add a currency code so that it won’t be removed when
   i update the plugin… Or please add more currency code in your next update release!!!

 * Hi AmdiCarl,
 * The currency codes that AWPCP has built into it are the ones available from PayPal.
   If your country is supported in PayPal, the codes will always be there. That’s
   because we have support built in for PayPal directly.
 * As for the changes, they will be lost when you upgrade–but you can manually re-
   add them after upgrade (which we recommend doing to make sure you have the latest
   fixes)
 * We’ll look into adding this for a future release.
