Add custom text before advertisement?

    HI! Thanks for the great plugin.

    HONCODE organisation requires placing the text “Advertisement:” before any ad. I use this plugin with Adsense placed in middle and end of posts.

    I can’t figure out how to place the text “Advertisement:” before each ad. Is this possible, and if so, how? I’m familiar with php and I can access the files on the server.
