# Add Date Problem –

 * I just purchase this plugin. I have a problem with CF7 integrate with PDF Forms
   Filler, it doestnt display the date… I a using [https://www.pdfescape.com](https://www.pdfescape.com)
   to define form field name. CF7 I am using date features.. it didnt show in PDF
   accordingly.

   be helpful to see your contact form tag for the date field.

 * It looks like your issue is that you updated the PDF field name but you didn’t
   update the tag name to match the new name.

 * Dear Alex,
 * I have issue
 * after I map field correctly for date1, date2, date3 and typeapplication then 
   I delete the old pdf file and add new pdf file.
 * Then the 4 checkbox which I fixes correctly before gone missing inside field 
   map tool.
 * Why this happen? I already did for 5 times already… suddenly it missing in Input
   Field Mapper Tool (simple)

 * Did you change the checkbox field names inside the PDF?
 * The field mapping relies on the field names. If names are changed then the mapping
   is no longer valid.
 * Also, did you map to “[id] Field Name” or just “Field Name”? If you map to “[
   id] Field Name” and remove the PDF with that id then the mapping will be invalid
   because it was mapped to a specific attachment id. I recommend mapping to “Field
   Name” instead of “[id] Field Name” if you are planning on swapping out your PDFs
   later.
