 * Yes, I get that. You could try the debug procedure. Turn off caching and deactivate
   all plugins except WooCommerce. Does it work properly now? I expect it will.
   Reactivate plugins one-by-one until it doesn’t work properly to try to identify
   which plugin is causing the problem.

 * Hi [@vncsferraz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/vncsferraz/),
 * Thank you for reaching out.
 * I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the ‘Add to Cart’
   functionality. This is certainly not the expected behavior, and I understand
   how it can affect your customer’s experience and sales.
 * It appears to be a potential issue with your theme or a conflict with one of
   your plugins. I would recommend you to conduct [a conflict test](https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/),
   just as [@lorro](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lorro/), has stated. Start
   by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default WordPress
   theme like Twenty Twenty-Four. Then check if the issue persists. If it’s resolved,
   you know the problem was either with your theme or one of the plugins.
 * You can then reactivate everything one by one, checking the functionality each
   time, to pinpoint what’s causing the problem. Be sure to have a full site backup
   in place before proceeding further.
 * Let us know how it goes.
