 * One of our themes is using Visual Composer 4.7 and the map shows using the short
   code [STORE-LOCATOR], But the problem is any element that we add under this row
   does not show on the page.

 * Ok. Unfortunately no previous interactions/experience with Visual Composer. Would
   suggest turning on page builder for that specific page if possible.
