Add field(s) in plugin tables?

    Is it possible to declare fields in tables such as WP-Filebase’s *_wpfb_files which has a field: “file_description” that would have information of interest to searching sites which use that plug-in (and similar).

    One plug-in that I use (Link Library) shows up in the list of possible index/search locations, but the WP-FileBase tables don’t show up.

    I’m using the free version of Relevannssi.

    If you use WP-Filebase Pro, you can have Relevanssi index the metadata for the Filebase files, because it introduces the filepage post type Relevanssi can handle.

    Without the Pro version, it’s not possible – Relevanssi can only access the wp_posts database, and no other database tables.
