    Hi,

    You should be able to add individual flags as menu items with glt shortcode:

    Create Custom Link in menu:

    Set URL: #
    Navigation label: English
    Description: [glt language=”English” label=”English” image=”yes” text=”yes” image_size=”24″]

    You can do the same for other languages.
