 * Hello,
 * We are thinking of buying your plugin. I’ve been playing around with the free
   version and it all seems very nice.
 * There are a few options we want te add to the form on our website.
    – Is it possible
   to show the “Prize code” field as first input-type in the form? – Can we add 
   an checkbox to the form, one for accepting the form conditions and one for if
   the user want to subscribe for the newsletter?

   as this forum is meant only for the free version. The short answer to your question
   though is yes, those features exist in the pro version.
